- Your mom asking which chemo side effect you’re most afraid of—and realizing you’re not afraid of the side effects themselves, just what they might do to your mindset.
- Going through treatment for two cancers at the same time, suddenly not giving any fucks about anything, and wondering why you gave any fucks to begin with.
- Not being sure how you’ll ever let someone see you naked again—and at the same time thinking that beating two cancers at the same time might be the sexiest thing ever… and low-key being curious to see how that plays out. (If you think badasses are sexy. Which I do.)
- Sleeping next to a chemo pump.
